Socio-economic situation in January of 2014

January’s s Industrial Production Index (IPI) was estimated to have a low increase of 3% compared to that in the same period last year, the reason for this, on the one hand, was the mining and quarrying’s deep decrease of 9.6% Generally, 2013’s consumption index of the manufacturing rose 10.1% from 2012.

Index of Industrial Production in 2008

Industrial output values in 2008 at 1994 constant prices were estimated increasing by 14.6% against last year, of which the state economic sector rose by 4%; non-state sector by 18.8%; FDI sector by 18.6% (oil and gas decreased by 4.3%).

Index of Industrial Production in 2010

The industrial production value (at 1994 constant prices) in 2010 is estimated increasing by 14% against 2009, of which the state sector grows by 7.4%; the non-state sector by 14.7%; and the FDI sector by 17.2%

Index of Industrial Production in 2011

2011’s industrial production index rose 6,8% from 2010, of which mining and quarrying reduced 0.1%; manufacturing rose 9.5%; power, gas, water supply rose 10%.

Index of Industrial Production in 2012

December’s Industrial Production Index was estimated to rise 5.0% from November and by 5.9% from the same period last year. 2012’s IIP rose 4.8% from 2011.

Index of Industrial Production in 2015

(IIP) was estimated to grow by 9.8% from 2014, higher than 2013’s increase of 5.9% and 2014’s increase of 7.6%. Of which the mining and quarrying went up by 6.5%; the manufacturing rose 10.6%; the power generation and supply grew by 11.4%.
