Index of industrial production in September of 2026
The overall industrial production index (IIP) in June is estimated to have increased by 3.3% compared to the previous month and 16.7% compared to the same period last year. Specifically, the processing and manufacturing sector rose 17.1% year-on-year; the water supply, waste management, and wastewater treatment sector grew by 10.3%; the electricity production and distribution sector went up 15.5%; and the mining sector increased by 13.4%. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) in September increased by 0.62% compared with the previous month, by 4.20% compared with December 2025, and by 5.08% year on year. The average CPI in the third quarter of 2026 increased by 4.80% compared with the same quarter of 2025. On average, in the nine months of 2026, the CPI increased by 4.52% year on year, while core inflation rose by 4.26%. (03/10/2026)
