Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Deputy Director General in charge of GSO delivered a speech at the meeting
On June 01, 2020, the General Statistics Office (GSO) in collaboration with the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia (SORS) held an online meeting to discuss and explore the cooperation contents in the draft of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between statistical offices of the two countries. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Deputy Director General in charge of GSO and Mr. Miladin Kovacevic, Director of SORS, co-chaired the meeting. Attending this event were representatives of leaders of relevant units under the GSO and representatives of relevant units under the SORS.
The working program is expected to last for three days, July 01-03, 2020, with the following agreed contents: (1) The first day: Discussing the decision-making support (DMS); (2) The second day: Implementation and development of data processing software (IST); Data integration – business statistics, local statistical datacenters, local level Decision making support (LL DMS), geospatial data and statistical business register; Machine learning; (3) The last day: Disemination of open data, reference metadata; Quality management system.
