October is the peak month of the year, focusing on harvesting rice crops: Finish harvesting summer-autumn rice, speeding up the harvest of winter rice and starting early harvesting of autumn-winter rice.

In the month (September 19th to October 18th, 2020), the whole country had 19,365 cases of hemorrhagic fever (6 cases died), compared to the same period last year, the number of hemorrhagic fever cases decreased by 54.7%
