In general, in August 2024, the consumer price index (CPI) was stable compared to the previous month. Compared to December 2023, August CPI increased by 1.89% and compared to the same period last year increased by 3.45%. On average, in the eight months of 2024, CPI increased by 4.04% over the same period last year; core inflation increased by 2.71%.
