Infographic social-economic situation in November and 11 months of 2025

Agricultural production in November 2025 focused on harvesting the summer-autumn rice crop, sowing winter crops, and taking care of, as well as restoring livestock production affected by natural disasters, particularly storms and floods in the provinces of Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. As of November 20, 2025, the whole country had harvested 1,283.2 thousand hectares of summer-autumn rice, accounting for 83.3% of the planted area and 100.2% of the same period last year.

Consumer price index, gold price index and USD price index in November and 11 months of 2025

The consumer price index (CPI) in November increased by 0.45% compared to the previous month, mainly due to high food prices in provinces and centrally run cities directly affected by floods after the storm; eating out increased due to increased input material costs and fuel prices. The CPI in November increased by 3.28% compared to December 2024; increased by 3.58% compared to the same period last year.

Wood exploitation and aquaculture witnessed a stability, ensuring raw material supply for processing and export.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) in October increased by 0.20% compared to the previous month, mainly due to high food prices in provinces and cities directly affected by floods after the storm; eating out increased due to input material costs and continued increase in educational services at non-public schools. The CPI in October increased by 2.82% compared to December 2024; increased by 3.25% compared to the same period last year.
