Press release on the 2004 household living standard survey preliminary results
This is the GSO’s second survey which is conducted every 2 years from 2002 to 2010 in order to monitor and supervise systematically the living standard of various social strata in Viet Nam and at the same time.

2002 and 2004 poor household rates by poverty line standard applied for period 2006-2010
These rates were derived basing on household capita income data and CPI for each of urban and rural areas over years to eliminate the price fluctuation factor.
