Some localities increased the price of medical services according to Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BYT, the main reason causing the consumer price index (CPI) in January 2024 to increase by 0.31% compared to the previous month due to Vietnam Electricity Group adjusting the average retail electricity price and domestic rice prices continuing to increase according to export rice prices.
