Index of industrial production in July of 2026
Industrial production in July kept a positive growth momentum, driven by the activation of new production capacities and the expansion of business operations. The industrial production index for the whole industry in the month is estimated to have risen 1.2% compared to the previous month and 14.5% year-on-year.

Consumer Price Index, Gold Price Index and US Dollar Price Index in July and the first seven months of 2026
The Consumer Price Index (CPI) decreased by 0.12% in July 2026 compared to the previous month, mainly due to lower gasoline and oil prices following the decline in global fuel prices, as well as lower food prices resulting from abundant supply. Compared to December 2025, the CPI increased by 3.08%, and it rose by 4.45% compared to the same period last year.

Index of industrial production in June of 2026
The Industrial Production Index (IIP) in June was estimated to increase by 3.5% compared to the previous month and by 12.7% year-on-year. Among them, the manufacturing and processing sector increased by 12.6% compared to the same period last year; the water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment sector increased by 16.6%; electricity production and distribution increased by 8.7%; and the mining sector increased by 8.8%.

Rising electricity and water prices due to high demand during hot weather, along with increases in construction materials, rental housing, and gasoline prices, are the main reasons for the 0.29% increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in May 2026 compared to the previous month. Compared to December 2025, the CPI in May increased by 3.61% and by 5.6% compared to the same period last year.
