These population projections were deployed right after we had the results of the completed 2009 Population and Housing Census. The projections for the period of 2009-2049 used the Census as basic information, including two independent projections: one is for the whole country, urban and rural areas of the whole country; and the other is for centrally governed provinces and cities. |
