This survey has been conducted regularly by the GSO every two years in order to systematically monitor and supervise the living standards of different population groups in Viet Nam; to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Comprehensive Poverty Reduction and Growth Strategy; and to contribute to the evaluation of achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and Vietnam’s socio-economic development goals. |
