Generally, in the third quarter of 2018, CPI increased by 0.72% compared with the previous quarter and by 4.14% from the third quarter of 2017. Average CPI in nine months of 2018 increased by 3.57% compared with the same period in 2017.

Socio-economic situation in the third quarter and nine months of 2018
The gross domestic product (GDP) in the third quarter of 2018 was estimated to increase 6.88% compared to the same period last year, though it was lower than the rate of 7.45% in the first quarter of 2018 but higher than that of 6.73% in the second quarter of 2018.
