The industrial production value (at 1994 constant prices) in 2010 is estimated increasing by 14% against 2009, of which the state sector grows by 7.4%; the non-state sector by 14.7%; and the FDI sector by 17.2%. Among the three I level industries, production value of the manufacturing increases by 14.9%; the electricity, gas and water supply by 14.8%; the mining down by 0.5% due to decrease in the production of extracted coal and crude oil.
