Internal Migration in Viet Nam 2009-2024
“Internal Migration in Vietnam, 2009 -2024” is a special publication compiled based on the 2014 Mid-term Population and Housing Census; the 2019 Population and Housing Census; the 2024 Mid term Population and Housing urvey; and the 2024 Labor Force Survey. These are national large scale sample surveys designed to collect information across various domains, including internal migration.

To provide robust data and scientific evidence for the formulation, monitoring, and evaluation of socio-economic development policies, the National Statistic Office, in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), organized a workshop on 23 December 2025 to release a series of in-depth analytical studies based on the Intercensal Population and Housing Survey and the Survey on the Socio-economic Conditions of the 53 Ethnic Minority Groups

Industrial production in November continued to maintain a positive growth trend. The industrial production index in November is estimated to have increased by 2.3% compared to the previous month and by 10.8% compared to the same period last year.

Infographic social-economic situation in November and 11 months of 2025
Agricultural production in November 2025 focused on harvesting the summer-autumn rice crop, sowing winter crops, and taking care of, as well as restoring livestock production affected by natural disasters, particularly storms and floods in the provinces of Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. As of November 20, 2025, the whole country had harvested 1,283.2 thousand hectares of summer-autumn rice, accounting for 83.3% of the planted area and 100.2% of the same period last year.

Consumer price index, gold price index and USD price index in November and 11 months of 2025
The consumer price index (CPI) in November increased by 0.45% compared to the previous month, mainly due to high food prices in provinces and centrally run cities directly affected by floods after the storm; eating out increased due to increased input material costs and fuel prices. The CPI in November increased by 3.28% compared to December 2024; increased by 3.58% compared to the same period last year.
