n the first 5 months of 2022, the number of newly established enterprises increased by 12.9% compared to the same period in 2021; the number of enterprises returning to operation increased by 57.8% and the number of enterprises completing dissolution procedures decreased by 14%.

Socio-economic situation in April and four months of 2022
Industrial production in April was estimated to increase by 2% over the previous month and by 9.4% over the same period last year due to the control of the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses being more proactive in terms of labor and production plans, overcoming difficulties to recover and expand production. Generally, in the first four months of 2022, the industrial index of production increased by 7.5% over the same period last year.

Socio-economic situation report in the first quarter of 2022
Gross domestic product (GDP) in the first quarter of 2022 was estimated to increase by 5.03% over the same period last year, higher than the growth rate of 4.72% in the first quarter of 2021 and 3.66% in the first quarter of 2020 but still lower than the growth rate of 6.85% in the first quarter of 2019.
