In the 9 months of 2025, the world situation continued to perform in a complex and unpredictable manner, strategic competition among major countries became increasingly fierce, trade tensions, military conflicts, and political instability in a number of countries and regions continued to spread and prolong; financial and currency markets fluctuated, affecting the global economic growth prospects.

In November, agricultural production focused on harvesting winter-spring rice, cultivating other winter crops, caring for and restoring production and livestock affected by natural disasters and floods, especially in the coastal provinces of the South Central Coast and the Central Highlands. Wood exploitation and aquaculture witnessed a stability, ensuring raw material supply for processing and export.

Agricultural production in November 2025 focused on harvesting the summer-autumn rice crop, sowing winter crops, and taking care of, as well as restoring livestock production affected by natural disasters, particularly storms and floods in the provinces of Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands. As of November 20, 2025, the whole country had harvested 1,283.2 thousand hectares of summer-autumn rice, accounting for 83.3% of the planted area and 100.2% of the same period last year.
